Hi, it’s me, Alicia Michelle.
I’m a Central Florida based Artist and nature obsessed lover of the macabre. Raised on horror movies and spending my childhood up in a tree every chance I got has absolutely shaped the different themes portrayed in my artwork throughout my life. The root of my inspiration for all of my work stems back to playing with textures. Using texture as a form of expression in my work has been something I’ve continued to explore since my college days at Jacksonville university over 20 years ago. I’m constantly in awe of nature’s beauty and all she has to offer and am always finding inspiration in the smallest details - the nooks and crannies if you will. It’s this freedom of expression through texture that allows me to fully realize what each individual piece will become and how it engages each viewer.

Put a Bird on It Art Show
Join us on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 8 PM for the opening night of “Put a Bird on It,” a group art exhibition curated by Heidi Kneisl (@curatingorlando) featuring works inspired by our feathered friends in all their strange, beautiful, and symbolic forms.
Opening night will include music by DJ Spank, drinks, and the chance to meet participating artists. The exhibition will remain on view for one month in The Falcon’s gallery space.

Conversation Pieces: Artist Collaborations
Conversation Pieces is a collaborative group exhibition featuring works created by two or more artists, where styles, perspectives, techniques, and creative instincts merge into a single piece. Some collaborations feel seamless, while others embrace contrast and unpredictability, but each work reflects a creative dialogue that could not exist through one artist alone.
Curated by Heidi Kneisl (@curatingorlando), the exhibition celebrates artistic connection, experimentation, and the unexpected outcomes that happen when artists create together.
Opening night will feature music by a local DJ, drinks, and the opportunity to meet participating artists. The exhibition will remain on view for one month in The Falcon’s gallery space.
